Product Ownership
I own the backlog, the release scope and the delivery date. At Jobtogo.co I defined the feature set for a two-sided marketplace, cut payments, ratings and messaging from v1 to prove the matching loop first, and supervised the build through to launch. It reached 4,000+ registered users in its first year.
E-Commerce Platforms
I run storefronts end to end on WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon and Ticimax, often several in parallel. The levers are conversion rate, checkout, product detail pages, pricing presentation and SEO. At Miyore that took online turnover from a standing start past $1,000,000 in six months across 8,000+ orders.
Systems & Integration
CRM and ERP integration, REST APIs and workflow automation with HubSpot, Zapier and n8n.io. At Mitsu Arıtma I directed the IT team through a company-wide CRM and ERP rollout and standardised workflows across six functions that had been operating in isolation.
Hands-On Delivery
I write the code as well as the spec. PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and REST integrations, with agentic coding in Claude Code on top. It means the trade-offs I bring to engineering are costed rather than guessed.
